Our policy

$99 service fee

Our standard service fee covers the arrival and professional assessment by one of our qualified technicians at your home. This fee allows our technician to carefully inspect and diagnose your system to determine the necessary repairs or service. Please note that the service fee applies to the diagnostic visit ONLY and does NOT INCLUDE the cost of any repairs that may be recommended. Once the issue has been identified, our technician will clearly explain the problem and provide you with repair options. You are under no obligation to proceed with any repairs, and you are welcome to take time to consider your options. If you choose not to move forward with repairs at that time, the only charge would be the $99 service fee for the diagnostic visit.
